1. Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excl. weekends and UK bank holidays).

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel ships.
2. UK Delivery

Standard (3–5 business days): £4.95 (Free on orders over £100)

Express (1–2 business days): £7.95
3. International Delivery

Europe: 5–7 business days

Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (Note: Import duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.)
4. Delivery Assistance If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow 2 extra business days for courier clearance before contacting us at support@youlumien.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At youlumien, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you have changed your mind or are not entirely satisfied with your item, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process so you can shop with complete confidence.

You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
